I finished doctoral level course work on Dec. 8th, 2012 and defended my dissertation successfully on June 11th, 2013. The title of my dissertation is "Examining the transition to a four-day school week and investigating post-change faculty/staff work-life balance: A community college case study." I recently attended my hooding/graduation ceremonies on Sept. 20-21, 2013 at Northeastern University located in Boston, MA. Below is a public link to my doctoral thesis.
