I'm currently leading Vinnytsia Design Unit (11 designers) and work as a Lead Experience Designer at EPAM Global. My primary responsibility is the design team's growth: hiring, staffing, mentoring, management, help with setting and achieving the goals).
As a designer, I help customers gain business goals by improving user experience. I have 15+ years of user-centered design experience with a data-informed approach. For the last ten years, I have worked in B2B, B2C, and G2C (healthcare, telecom, billing, finance, FMCG, education, e-government, enterprise) domains.
