David Shorenstein is a real estate industry professional living and working out of New York city as the Principal at Hildreth Advisors, where he’s been since 2018. For the past 15 years, David has been developing and growing his career in real estate. After graduating with his degree in finance, David began looking for a sector of the finance world that would allow him to work with more tangible assets. He chose real estate because, unlike traditional finance, which only involves numbers, real estate gives you a chance to work with actual, tangible investments. At Hildreth Advisors, his work includes real estate investing, brokerage, and helping people manage their real estate assets.
