5. Definition of stars:
• Stars are lighting bodies emits heat and light with different
sizes in the space.
•Give reason: stars seems very small to us.
•Answer: because they are very far from us.

6. Solar system consists of:
1) Sun
2) 8 planets
3) Moons
4) Celestial bodies such as(Asteroid-Comet-Meteor-
Meteoroids)

7. Sun is characterized by the following:
 Sun is the center of solar system.
 Sun is a shining star.
 Sun radiates light and heat.
 Sun is the nearest star to us.
 Sun is the star of the solar system.
 Sun is medium size star.
 Sun is the biggest body in the solar system.
Give reason: although sun is a medium size star it
seems the biggest one to us.
Answer: because it is the nearest star to us.

• Planets are eight dark bodies that revolve around the sun in
fixed orbits.
