2. I. OBJECTIVE
Our Objectives on creating our muffin is to enlighten each
and everyone of you on just how delicious muffins are and
how easy and simple it is to make, we also had our own
objectives which is to atleasts incorporate a native ingredient
or an ingredient everyone is very familiar with and that is –
the banana which everyone likes and love for the great and
sweet taste of it.
3. II. BASIC INFORMATION
These banana muffins are moist and delicious. This is an
easy recipe for kids to help make and perfect for using up
ripe bananas. They're wonderful as-is or with walnuts or
chocolate chips.
4. III. PRODUCT
Banana Muffins are a muffin version of this Banana Bread.
They start with a thick sweet batter that is full of mashed
bananas, ground cinnamon, and toasted nuts. Banana
Muffins are a snap to make. Just mix the dry ingredients
together in one bowl, and the wet ingredients in another bowl.
5. IV. PROCEDURE
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease
a 12-cup muffin tin or line cups with paper liners. Sift flour,
baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl; set
aside.
2.Mix bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a separate
large bowl until well combined; fold in flour mixture until
smooth. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling
each 2/3 full.
3.Bake in the preheated oven until tops spring back when
lightly pressed, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool briefly in the tin,
then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
