3. Article 8 Of Indian Constitution
• Regardless of what is stated in Article 5, anyone who was born
in India as defined by the Government of India Act, 1935 (as
originally enacted) and who is currently living in any country
outside of India as defined will be considered an Indian citizen
if they have been registered as such by the Indian diplomatic
or consular representative in the nation in which they are
currently residing. This registration can occur before or after
the Constitution's enactment, and must be done in the form
and manner prescribed by the Government of the Dominion
of India or the Government of India.
