2. The 2010 Artists’ Alpine Holiday Calendar celebrates 50 years of fine art exhibition
in Ouray, Colorado. Founded in 1961, Ouray County Arts Association is a non-profit
organization established to provide information about art-related events in Ouray County.
Its mission is to encourage appreciation, enthusiasm, participation, and support of the
visual arts; to encourage local artists by providing venues for presenting their works,
and to award scholarships to deserving students in Ouray County.
