 The study of the human body
and its movement with its
measurements.
 Measurements, also known as
‘anthropometric data’
 plays an important role
in industrial
design, clothing design,
ergonomics and architecture
 Should consider systematic
measurements
 The study of people and their
relationship with the environment
around them.
 The application of measurements to
products, in order to improve their
human use, is called Ergonomics.
 Concerned with the "fit" between the
user, equipment and their
environments.

dining restaurant
 Space can be determined by fine
dining area, bar area, casual
dining area, roof top area and
garden area.
