Goal-Setting and Goal-Achieving are too distinct activities. One is an 'intellectual' process and the other is a 'Lawful' process. Once you learn and implement the clear 'four-phase system' behind the two, you will become a goal achieving machine. emphasized, either feared or revered, must
begin at once to clothe itself in the most

16. Your goals should EXCITE you and SCARE you at the
same time…
If they don’t…then set the goal BIGGER!!
When You Set Your Goal…
17. It should be something that you Want
rather than what you Need!
When You Set Your Goal…
22. Break it down – 9 Areas
1. Health
2. Spirituality
3. Family / Relationships
4. Business (Career)
5. Finance (Income)
6. Personal Growth
7. Past-Time
8. Contribution

Write it Down
24. My Vemma Goal
I set myself a goal on Jan 1st 2013 to
achieve the Platinum Level in Vemma by
1st November 2013.
I worked my goal through the Lawful
process and applied it throughout the
10months that it took for me to achieve
the goal.
The goal was achieved 1 day before the
goal.
28. Visualise Your Goals
As you practice the activity of ‘visualisation’
you will develop cells of recognition that will ‘deepen’
and develop within you over time.
29. Genevieve Behrend – ‘Your Invisible Power’.
Genevieve Behrend was a French-born author and
teacher of Mental Science and became the one and
only mentee of Thomas Troward.
She wrote a book called ‘Your Invisible Power’ which
was all about the creative tool of ‘visualisation’.
30. …extract taken from ‘Your Invisible Power’
Written in 1921
“The exercise of the visualising faculty
keeps your mind in order and
attracts to you the things you need
to make life more enjoyable in an
orderly way.
31. If you train yourself in the practice
of deliberately picturing your desire
and carefully examining your picture,
you will soon find that your thoughts
and desires proceed in a more orderly
procession than ever before.
32. Having reached
a state of ordered mentality,
you are no longer in a
constant state of mental hurry.
‘Hurry’is ‘Fear,’
and consequently destructive.
33. In other words,
when your understanding grasps the
power to visualise your heart’s desire
and holds it with your will,
it attracts to you all things requisite
to the fulfillment of that picture
by the harmonious vibrations
of the law of attraction.
34. You realise that since
Order is Heaven’s first law,
and visualisation places things
in their natural order,
then it must be a heavenly thing
to visualise.
35. The conscious use of this great power
attracts to you multiplied resources,
intensifies your wisdom,
and enables you to
make use of advantages
which you formerly failed to recognize.
“Your Invisible Power” Genevieve Behrend
36. Vision – Board or Music
Use a Vision-board or ‘Mind-Movie’ to keep the focus of your goals
in the front of your mind everyday.
Use an emotive piece of music to listen to while you visualise.
The thought of your goals must become your daily dominating thoughts.
40. Surround Yourself with Like-Minded People.
Find people who are doing what your
are doing to become surrounded with positivity
Join a Mastermind group to help build the belief
in yourself
Plan your daily activities for maximum
productivity
Get an accountability partner to assist you in
maintaining consistency
41. Accountability Partner
Another person who is on a similar
journey to you, pursuing a goal. Use the
combined force of each other’s belief to
help each other through.
• Attention
• Motivation
• Information
• Inspiration
• Dedication
• Determination
42. Be prepared to ‘let go’ of certain activities
Less partying No more cinema every week
Stay away from
negative people
Give up the season ticket Cut out TV / radio
newspapers
Study 1hr every day
43. Discipline Yourself!
(To give yourself a command and carrying it out to completion).
Are you being a Victim? .......or…….. have you decided to be a Victor?
44. Plan and Commit to Your Daily Tasks
Use a clearly defined ‘system’ which
will help you to measure your daily
progress towards your clearly
defined goal.
