摘要
穿戴式裝置無是近幾年來最熱門的電子產品,於各大電子消費品展覽中皆
可以看到它的身影。
目前大多數的穿戴式裝置皆具有生理監測的功能,針對這些具有生理檢測
功能的穿戴式裝置各家廠商也佈局許多相關專利來保護其產品,在面對這
些眾多的專利包圍下,對於接下來欲進入穿戴式裝置市場的後進者來說,無

根据国际数据资讯(IDC)所公布的资料,去年(2015)第三季的穿戴式装置销量,比起前年
(2014)同期增加了197.6%,其中Apple四月才开卖的AppleWatch只有半年左右的销售时
间,就窜升到第二名,排名仅次于Fitbit。而排名第三的小米手环更有815.4%的强劲成长
表现!击败了率先推出智慧手表与手环产品的Samsung,且小米的销售量具统计97%皆于
中国境内销售,再次显示出这个市场正在起飞当中,而巨大的中国市场所占的份额更是举
足轻重。

故2014-2015年之申请量仅做为参考,由趋势看来主要可划分为两个上升区段,第一区段为1999-
2006年,期间主要申请人(前十大)有Seiko、Medtronic、Philips、Omron、Biosense等;第二区
段为2010-2013年,期间主要申请人除了上述区间的申请人之外,可以发现Nike也进入到主要申请
人之中;而由专利所揭露的内容也可以发现第一段区间中之专利多数应用于医疗领域,而随着2010
年后Nike、Fitbit、Google、Apple等发表用于健康管理的消费性穿戴式产品后,可以发现专利开始
围绕着健康管理、检测精确度、电池管理等布局。
