• To work as Rickshaw Puller,
Auto Driver, Hawkers, Daily
Wagers, Watchmen, Cooks,
Mechanic, maids & other
skilled/unskilled works.
• Majorly all of them earn
between Rs200-2000 per day.
Their work is very taxing and
irrespective of their earning
they continue to live in shacks.
Their objective in life is to
make their children literate.

• They enroll children to
school; the child is
promoted to subsequent
class ever year. Majorly all
these children do not
score good marks, with
much household
pressure and no support
from parents the child
drops from studies. These
dropout children do not
want to pick up the skills of
their parents as they are
labeled to be literate.
2 • Many out of these children
become drug addicts,
criminals and unwanted
elements in the society. If this
is not addressed immediately, it
will have an adverse social
impact and chances to redress
more steeper.
This directly impacts the
industry, as unskilled/skilled
people are not available. One we
are left with high unemployment
and on the other hand no people
to hire. In India, school
children dropout rate is more
than 83%.

from Bihar, U.P., Bangladesh,
Orissa, Jharkhand, Nagaland,
Meghalaya & Nepal.

We have one point Agenda
This is achievable, with your support and with support from others.
If we tweak just a few percentage of dropouts, we will fully be in line with –
Twentieth-century economist Arthur Okun who states, that when
Unemployment falls by 1%, GNP (Gross National Product) increases by 3%.
Community gets benefitted or otherwise these children are an easy prey for anti
social elements. This is a winning combination for our Nation.
To decrease this dropout rate by few
percentage points.

The story begins in 2004 ………..
As part of Philanthropic Activity when 3 underprivileged children started
taking education from us
March 2015
We grew to 305
students
61 of them above
14 years.
June 2015
E2E Project starts.
Training to these
students on IT
based
Employment
Opportunities.
E-Com & ITES.
Dec 2015
These students
started Daily
Needs E-Com
HATTICOM.com,
Foodkraft,
Climate Care,
Cottons Clothing
Dropouts are
now studying &
employed

After 10 years of
schooling, children
above 14 years are
identified for Skill
Development & IT
enabled Training.
Post basic skill training
these teenagers are
given employment in
various sectors like
food, e-com, climate,
social, infra, logistics
Once a project & a
team is finalized, We
seed fund the venture
to complete the entire
education to
employment process.
We give admission to
all underprivileged
children for proper
school education. No
donations are
accepted.
