MARKET WRAP
Indian markets remain jittery. Nifty and Sensex closed with marginal gain.
Asia-Pacific markets remain weak throughout. Austerity working for Britain.
DJIA ends in green. German Mfg PMI at 47.9. Dow Futures down by 55 pts.
Indian markets closed flat today ahead of April series F&O expiry as buying activity
picked up in defensives like Pharma & IT sectors. C Rangarajan, chairman, PMEAC
assures that the economy is likely to grow at 6.4% in FY14. Austerity brings down deficit
in Britain. Nifty, Sensex closed at 5836 & 19179 respectively. Europe is trading green.

Stock Recommendation
CapitalHeight’s stock recommendation for 25/04/2013 is Jindal Steel & Power
Ltd. It has been trading in down from last few months. In today’s trading session, it was
down by 3.95%. It made a long black candlestick. It is trading below its short term and
long term moving averages, which is indicating further downside movement in the stock.
On the daily chart, momentum indicator RSI is also trading in negative territory. All the
indicators are suggesting that we can see some downside movement in the stock. Its
short term strong support level is around 286. One can go for short position in Jindal
Steel & Power below 328. The stock may test level of 310 in near term.
Our recommendation on Jindal steel is SELL below 328 for the Target of 324/320.
