The SRES Designation
The CRS Designation
Teaching the PSA
Teaching the RENE Negotiation
Teaching the SFR
Why? Because none of those classes, designations, or certifications get me closer to my personal long term goals.
As a result, I earn more money with fewer headaches and more time to be great at what I left on my plate. Everyone wants an expert not the Jack of all trades.

I get pissed off past pisstivity when people say “Oh, you are too busy.” No, I’m not busy I’m booked! I live a life of my own design.

Eliminate a Sphere that doesn’t support your long-term business goals.
