2. WhatisChildSexualAbuse?
It is a sort of exploitation in which a
child ( a person below the age of 18
years as per the UNCRC) is made
use by a grown up man or an older
youngster by requesting, frightening
or by any means. Unlike in the case
of sexual harassment performed
towards the adult ladies, the child’s
consent i.e. whether he approved or
not, is not regarded here. So such
activities performed even with the
permission of the child is legally
regarded as child molestation.

18. This feature often creates problems out of silly
matters. For eg. If teenager is not getting proper
affection and love from the home, she naturally will
be in search for that. As she keeps emotional
immaturity, she regards the love provided by any
one else as the true love. Is often exploited by
peers, senior students, and even by teachers at
times.

teenager is most craving at this stage for being
recognized by others. So if she is not able to be
recognized by some positive aspects like studying well,
she will be trying to get attention by provoking the
opposite sex. Similarly, if she is not given an

recognize her-even to submit herself for the sexual
pleasure of the other one.
