2. 2010 The Year of Biodiversity 2010 is the International Year of Biodiversity. It is a celebration of life on earth and the value of Biodiversity in our lives. This year people throughout the world have been asked to take action to protect Biodiversity for future generations.
3. What is Biodiversity? Biodiversity is the variability of all living organisms . Biodiversity makes up ecosystems and habitats that support living resources, including wildlife, fisheries and forests. It helps provide for our basic human needs such as food, shelter, and medicine
6. Biodiversity is essential to sustaining the living networks and systems that provide us with, health, wealth, food and fuel.
7. Without biodiversity life as we know it today would not exist.Humans are part of natures Biodiversity, we have the power to protect or destroy it.
