 Healthy habits can help avoid certain health conditions
such as heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure
by maintaining certain biomarkers, such as cholesterol
and blood pressure, within their targets. This fusion
keeps your blood flowing smoothly, decreasing your risk
of cardiovascular diseases.
 Markus Giebel, CEO of the Eternity Medicine Institute
believes that, regular physical activity and a good diet
can help prevent or manage a wide range of other
health problems, including metabolic syndrome,
diabetes, depression, certain types of cancer, and
arthritis.

 When you consume a balanced diet including
whole grains, low-fat dairy products, lean
meats, and fruits and vegetables, your body
will gain sufficient fuel to manage your energy
levels.

maintain a healthy weight. According to experts,
you can benefit by being active in simple ways
throughout the day. For example, take the stairs
instead of the elevator or walk/cycle instead of
driving.
 Eating a balanced diet is mostly important,
especially including fruits and vegetables in your
diet. Eating 5 small meals a day rather than 3 big
meals will also help control hunger pangs and
maintain healthy weight.

reduced their chances of dying
prematurely, compared with those who
exercised infrequently.
