technology and outsourcing company headquartered in Bangalore,
India and New Jersey. Founded in 1999, the company employs
approximately 16,500+ employees with annual revenue of $700+
million. The company deals in e-commerce, mobile applications, cloud
computing, digital transformation, data analytics, EAI and ERP, with
more than 290 clients and offices in 14 countries. Its largest
operations are in India and major markets are United States and

Natarajan was instrumental in setting up Mindtree’s U.S. operations, driving
expansion in Europe and Asia Pacific regions, and transforming Mindtree’s IT
services business. Today, his mission as Executive Chairman is to focus on
leadership development and ensure a high quality of governance. He also
actively mentors different business groups within the company and works
closely with the start-up ecosystem to bring in innovative models of business
transformation for clients. In his prior role as CEO and Managing Director,
Natarajan was responsible for making Mindtree a global IT player. Natarajan’s
efforts as a business leader have been recognized worldwide, winning him
several laurels. He was ranked amongst the most valuable CEOs in India by
Businessworld & Forbes in 2016.
4. Parthasarathy N.S.
Co-founder, President & COO
Parthasarathy N. S. (Partha) oversees the People Function, Kalinga – our global
learning centre, Mergers & Acquisition Administration, Facilities, CIS, Risk
Management, Investor Relations and the CTO organization. He also leads Mindtree’s
business in the APAC region. Partha is known for his expertise in setting up large
Offshore Development Centers (ODC), handling global delivery and operations.

Subroto Bagchi
Executive Chairman
Subroto Bagchi was born to Makhan Gopal Bagchi and Labonya Prova Bagchi in
Patnagarh, Odisha, where his father was a small-time government servant
He started his work life as a clerk in the Industries Department of the Government of
Odisha in 1976 after giving up his post graduate studies. After a year of working there,
he qualified to be a management trainee in DCM in 1977 where he worked for the
ensuing 5 years. In 1981, he entered the computer industry and worked for a number of
computer companies between 1981 and 1999 in various functions like sales, marketing
and operations. His longest stint was at Wipro where he became the Chief Executive of
