中文摘要:行動應用服務為網路應用的主流,隨工具平台的普及,應用系統開發技術面不再是最重要的成功關鍵要素,符合使用者需求和高品質使用者經驗的服務系統才是關鍵。本研究由使用者經驗之服務品質角度切入, 參照ISO25010(系統與軟體品質評量標準)之框架,探討符合使用者需求與使用者經驗之服務系統需具備的要素並嵌入以使用者導向之場合式設計法和導入時間軸概念,再以校園健康中心減重服務為案例進行雛形試做,並藉由ISO25010相容評量工具,挖掘雛形系統使用者經驗的缺陷及服務改善指引。

Abstract: Mobile services has become a main stream mode of network applications. However, as the availablilty of various development technologies and enabling platforms, the technical factors are no longer the primary concerns for success. Instead, mobile service systems capable of meeting user needs and of providing high quality user experiences are on the top list of most wanted actually. In this study, we approach the issue and challenge from a service quality perspective, and adapt the ISO 25010 quality standard framework into a a process of contexual enquiry and agile software development for mobile service systems development with a service blueprint as a mediator. The proposed approach is illustrated with a case of campus weigh control mobile service systems. Currently, the prototype is further assessed by ISO 25010 tools to find out defects of UX and to lead the way of further improment.
