• I seek a Facilities Management & Energy Management
Manager Position with an Engineering Office of a Property firm, or
respected FM Company. In this position, I will establish/grow a
FM Department by recruiting and building specialized team,
as well as out sourcing and upgrading of systems to ensure
comfort and safety for occupants and satisfying both higher
management and owners, through intensive staff training of its
technical force (ABC: Ability, Behavior & Commitment) to develop
