2. 常常會有朋友突然丟訊息問我說，請問這個問題你有辦法幫忙處理嗎？

3. 身為一個阿宅工程師，碰到問題解決問題就跟打遊戲破關一樣有趣

4. 於是乎，有一個朋友就丟了一個Excel檔案給我，問我該怎麼處理

5. 他問我，我檔案裡面有十幾個工作表，裡面分別有不同的員工跟業績數字，我希望把這些員工的業績數字做加總，怎麼做比較快啊?

6. 我們都知道，時間就是金錢，所以能一次統計出來就不要人工一筆一筆計算

7. 所以在Excel裡面，有一個功能叫做合併彙算

8. 它可以把一次把不同資料表的內的資料欄位加總起來，完全不用人工再去統計

9. 使用起來雖然簡單，但要特別注意每個資料表的欄位欄名必須一樣，否則加總結果會有問題

10. 做之前多想多問多查查，記得千萬不要把 Excel當表單打喔！艾瑞克
