VON “ON PREMISE” IN DIE CLOUD

WAS MEINEN ENTSCHEIDER MIT
“AGILITÄT”?
On Premise zur Cloud | GENNEX Conference | 14. Juni 20174
Geht es um Software
oder
Kultur und Werte?
Einführung von Cloud Software
Das erleben wir bei unseren Kunden
Stärken SchwächenBereich
 Security und Datenschutz
 Verfügbarkeit garantiert
 Backup und Restore garantiert
 Performance (global) garantiert
 Tools zur Kontrolle
 Alte Goverancestrukturen
 Wer ist zuständig für die Strategie?
 Wer hat Betriebsverantwortung:
IT/Fach?
 Hohe Akzeptanz bei der Zielgruppe.
 Fokus auf fachliche Zielsetzung, nicht
auf die Technik
 Entscheidungskompetenz beim Fach
 Schulung und Training unbefriedigend
 “Poweruser” im Fach
 Rolle der IT unverändert?
 Für jeden Fach-Anwendungsfall das
optimale Tool.
 Neue Funktionalitäten täglich
 Schnittstellen: einfache Vernetzung
und Datenaustausch
 Benutzerführung inkonsistent
 Support erhält die Funktionen
zeitgleich mit dem Fach.
 Tool-Wildwuchs.
 Lock-In durch massiven Datenzuwachs

Einführung von Cloud Software
Das empfehlen wir.
ErkenntnisseBereich
 Governance kann im Cloudumfeld
nicht mehr alles im Detail
kontrollieren.
 Es braucht Leitplanken zur
Orientierung und Stütze bei der
Einführung neuer Tools.
 Es braucht einen Digital Service
Owner.
 Weg von einer kontrollierenden, hin
zu einer empfehlenden
Governancestruktur.
 Das Fach will die Verantwortung für
die Tools gerne übernehmen.
 Das Fach muss die Verantwortung
tragen dürfen. Dies braucht Vertrauen
in die eigenen Mitarbeiter.
 Ja, es wird Wildwuchs geben.
Aber war das nicht schon immer da?
Lernt dies wertzuschätzen und ihn zu
begleiten!
 Nicht ohne klare Betriebsstrukturen
und Verantwortlichkeiten starten!
 Funktionsumfang soweit möglich
begrenzen.
 Unterstützende Tools zur Kontrolle
und Überwachung.

Empfehlung für die Organisation
On Premise zur Cloud | GENNEX Conference | 14. Juni 20177
Beispiel Adoption & Change
Management:
Eine Applikationslandschaft “empfehlend” steuern
Beispiel: Adoption & Change Management
On Premise zur Cloud | GENNEX Conference | 14. Juni 20178
 Umsatz 10 Milliarden
 Ca. 20 Tochterunternehmen
 > 25’000 Mitarbeiter weltweit
Unternehmen
 Wildwuchs vermeiden
 Fach unterstützen – nicht bevormunden
 Daher: Empfehlende Governance, keine
kontrollierende.
Ziel
 Cloud und on-Premise in allen Varianten
 Zentrale Kontrolle nicht realistisch
Ausgangslage
Empfehlende Governance
Am Beispiel: Applikationslandschaft eines weltweit, verteilten Konzerns
Als Experte/Informationworker
in meiner Firma
möchte ich…
Kommunizieren
Exchange information with
colleagues that provides context
or helps to align on an objective,
an idea or a common subject.
Zusammenarbeiten
Co-create or refine something in a
group of experts or people that
work towards the same business
objective
Teilen
Provide formal or information input
to people that could work in close
proximity or anywhere in the
company

Communication, Conversation & Internal Networking
“Yammer is part of the Office365 Toolbox and is called an Enterprise Social Network. We believe Yammer will help us to create a more open
communication and networking culture. Teams and business functions can create channels, in which they work out loud and let the audience
participate in their progress. Closed groups and private chats can be used to exchange less public information.”
Use it to… Situation, in which the tool can be helpful Use it instead of…
Work out loud
• Let the community participate in projects and initiatives that can be shared
publicly and encourage input & contribution
• Draw the attention to new topics & innovation within our Maisons, the group
or the luxury market
• Connect to the wider audience of experts to tap into our collective pool of
experience, ideas and inspiration
Have a shared communication
channel within a team
• Keep track of the conversation in a project team and make it easer for people
to join and/or contribute input
• Avoid loss of information if a team member leaves or is on vacation/absent
(information isn’t locked away in e-mailboxes)
Have private conversations and
chats with colleagues
• Quick/informal conversation to get an answer to a question or access to
selective expertise
• Informal updates or coordination in a project or initiative
• Have all conversations with colleagues in one place and not scattered across
various channels
We like Yammer because…
• It fosters an open communication & networking culture and allows us to tap
into our global expertise and experience
• It can work as the communication channel in projects alongside
TeamShop/SharePoint for document & task management
• It might be a way out of our daily e-mail volume
• It can be used with colleagues and external partners
• It’s part of our corporate IT tool box and works with a log-in
• It works in any browser and is available as mobile app
What you need to consider…
• Everyone in a team/project has to agree to use Yammer as a communication
tool to avoid confusion/redundancy
• Don’t forget to @-tag people with their name if you need their attention
• People need to get comfortable with this type of communication in the
beginning, please plan for a little on-boarding time
Works on all devices
Use the browser application on your
desktop, laptop or mobile
Download the mobile app from the
Apple Store or Google Play

Notas do Editor

  2. Synonmym: Flexibilität In der Projektwelt: - “Time to Market” – Entwicklungszyklen werden kürzer Flexible Architekturen: Technologievielfalt Iteratives Vorgehen: Prototypen, Scrum/Kanban, etc. Was bedeutet Agilität für Unternehmen?
