favored by U.S. Immigration laws

Does the EB-1 Chinese Manager or Executive 
have to work only in the USA? 
No. Once the Green Card is issued, the 
Manager or Executive can go to the USA and 
then return to China. After that he need only 
come to the USA when required for 
business, but at least 2-3 times per year. He 
should maintain ties with USA, own or rent 
real estate in the USA, file taxes in the USA, 
earn a salary in the USA. He must show that 
the USA is his country of permanent 
residence/ or that he intends to permanently 
reside in the U.S.

He should maintain ties with USA, own or rent real estate in the USA, file taxes in the USA, earn a salary in the USA.
