The latest developments in 360 content production showed the
thrill and excitement of serving in the forces from a first person
POV and drove an increase in applications to join the Army
Reserves (+65%) and enroll in officer training programs.

In Germany, Deutsche Bahn uses VR technology to aid in recruitment.
Prospective employees look at the train depot inspection, at the engineering
work on the railroad. 360-degree video.
They are given the chance to experience the job before they apply, helping to
give the company an edge in a competitive market.
