1 PROJECT CHARTER PURPOSE
The Project Team will determine and identify the necessary steps for developing an e-
commerce website that encompasses a combination of business models. Our website will
illustrate these models throughout our business. We will examine each business model and
how we can incorporate it into our website. Each Team member will do extensive e-
commerce research to discover possible solutions for our new e-business. The Project Team
will become more knowledgeable on how to approach building an e-business from ground
level. The models that we will explore are the following: Business to Business, Business to
Consumer, and Peer to Peer.
2 PROJECT EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
• Project Goal – Research B2B, B2C, and P2P e-commerce models and apply them to the
creation of a new e-commerce website that will be very successful and generate
revenue.

the Internet business community.
• Scope – Deliver a quality e-business site within the time, cost, and project requirements

Internet business world. The e-commerce industry has witnessed major growth within
