a train station or office near them that may
impact their business on any given day

things people be looking for

easy to predict but thats not the only thing
you need to consider when looking at
demand

going on, is there something being released
(new iphone, tv series...) that have a random
impacts from prior experience
14. needless to say the answer is in the data
somewhere as history repeats itself but
working it out when nothign seems the same
takes power.
