information and data from initiation to final conclusion/rejection of
event, activity and transaction applicable to that module

‘Last in Last out’, ‘Standard’, among others.
o Post-dated Cheque module can post maturity days, return and
postpone options are provided
o Multiple Price Levels - allows youto pre-define item rates for specific
categories of customers, enabling faster and error-free invoicing and
data entry.
o Stock Ageing – identifies stocks based on age, thus helping you to
dispose of old stocks quickly
o Online approvals and execution using work-flow
o Once the data is entered /captured at any stage in any document
then the same data can be called /pulled in at the next level/stage of
transaction so there is no duplication of data entry.
o Comprehensive recording of stock movement – lets you
comprehensively record all sorts of inventory transactions, using the
inventory voucher forms. Vouchers include goods receipt notes,
delivery notes, stock journals, manufacturing journals and physical
stock journals. All stock movements are fully recorded and
maintained in stock registers.
o Product Enquiry forms itself shows product movements, previous
selling price, purchase price, back order, un-invoiced delivery note
etc.
o Beams ERP is easy to set up and use, with new
document/form/screen/window creation and design facilities
according to your business requirement and choice.
o Bank, customer, suppliers and any third party Reconciliation
o Recording of inter company, branch and inter division transactions
with reconciliation and consolidation at group level, or at company
level as required by the client
o Documents can be scanned attached to master data (for example
passport copy of employee can be attached with his master data)
o Any specific functionality required by the client will be customized
Management Information Reports (MIS)
o Full financial statements including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet
and Trial balance with drill down facility up to transaction level for
any period.
o Age analysis of inventory, customers, sub-contractors, third parties
and suppliers including expiry date of inventory, and due dates for
payments and collection with user defined age periods and overdue
amounts.
o All reports can be sorted (ascending or descending), filtered and
consolidated at any level by quantity, names and amounts by
category, location, group/sub group of product, department,
division, customer, supplier, sub-contract, third party as applicable
and required by the client
o Batch-related Stock Reports – helps you exercise stock control at the
level of batches, by generating reports such as ‘batch-wise’ reports
and ‘expiry date’ based details
o Buyer and seller are same and can integrated with single statement

quantity for each inventory item and computation of Economic
Order Quantity (EOQ)
