Increase in the usage of vehicles together with the population increase in the world increases traffic intensity. This increase is increasing the number of accidents resulting from violations of the red light. In this study, we aim to provide the best solution for this kind of accidents by laying RFID antennas on the asphalt, along with the traffic lamps line. In the project we have designed, to draw more attention to the areas where the pedestrian lane is located, and to avoid such negative situations, We are launching a slogan.
'Obey the Rules! Don't Cross the Yellow Line while it is Red! ' #SciChallenge2017

1.
2. PROJECT QUESTION :
• how does if an effective inspection system is
designed for vehicles that cause deaths and
accidents by violating the red light?
4. •to design a new inspection system which identifies cars which
increases number of accidents and death by red light violation
PROJECT TOPIC
5. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT :
•reduce the number of accidents occured because of red light violation
•provide a safer traffic flow
•By making the inspections more effective, directing drivers to use
vehicles in accordance with traffic rules, prohibitions and restrictions,
and to reduce traffic accidents and accidental deaths, injuries to a
minimum
6. WHAT IS RFID ?
• RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system is a contactless reader-to-
label communication system that can operate in an area of up to 100
meters from a few centimeters depending on the frequency used and
whether the label is passive or active.
• The RFID tag can be of many shapes and sizes depending on the field
of use. It consists basically of a chip and antenna connected to the
chip.
7. COMMUNICATE WITH RFID CHIP
In order to be able to read the data in a passive RFID chip, it is first necessary to send the
required energy as a induction current.
When the tag provides the required energy in need, it returns the stored data back with the
induction current again.
The reader converts this reflected signal, which is reflected as an induction current, into an
electric current, dissolves the generated electric signal, and transmits the received signal to
the corresponding software.

12. Our project aims to minimize the accidents caused by violations
of red light and to increase the safety of drivers and pedestrians.
Drivers who know that they are being inspected in traffic, obey
the rules more. This reduces the number of casualties caused by
accidents and accidents. This provides possibility of traveling in
peace and safety to pedestrians and drivers in other words
provides safer traffic life.
