As part of my academic requirement for my MRK634- Driving Digital Media for Business course with professor Adam Skyes, This assessment is called Digital Digest and is based on posting 'thought leadership' pieces to drive my online and personal branding. This is a PowerPoint slides presentation based on why I would like to work at Glossier Inc and the marketing campaigns and brand activities that caught my eye.
2. Glossier has been a company I’ve always wanted to work at, My interest in the
cosmetics company has grown tremendously and Glossier has always been
known for a reputable and honorable cosmetics company that can provide
consumer’s wants and needs simply from a bottle. Glossier was able to work
their way up as a small company since 2014. I personally find it inspiring since I am
currently developing my own business.
3. I enjoy reading their blog posts from time to time to see what is going on within the company, it
is mostly updates and any important news within the company.
4. This campaign/news article caught my
attention, since Glossier is 100% supporting
black owned businesses. It’s a 5-year
commitment to provide equality into the
industry.
It has been long overdue that people of
colour have been discriminated for this
long. Glossier is putting their foot down
and helping business owners making their
dream come true, which is so inspiring and
my respect for the company has increased
even more.

next generation to start off their businesses
and bringing them onto the beauty
industry.

about Glossier’s new launch on their
first shadow palette, speaking highly
about the shadow palette, and
Glossier was able to pull through
creating palettes suitable for
everyone, providing neutral and
monochrome looks.
The ability to make eyeshadows and
makeup no longer boring for
consumers is hitting a milestone.
Providing individuals, a $24 refill on
the eyeshadow palette gives
consumers the ability to save the
empty palette and there is no need to
buy a whole new palette.

6. I personally fell in love with this campaign
when I first saw it because in my point of
view, it showcases that taking care of your
skin and wearing makeup is not mainly
about the way you look but the way you
feel wearing it. Proving to consumers with
Glossier products, it will make you feel
good, happy and enlightened
The efforts and work when taking care of
your skin is bringing that self love to that
individual. I love when companies promote
self love and taking care of yourself should
be a priority in your day-to-day life.

For doing what you do most and I, as a consumer is proud of all the efforts and
organic planning it took that lead to the high achievements your team were able to
receive over the years. One of the main reasons I’d love to work for Glossier is the
diversity and culture that is put out onto the brand internally and externally, and this
is the type of company I’d love to work at.
