Re-inventing Our World Everyday
Notas do Editor
In the middle of transformation – company started splitting
Splits caused a little chaos
BUT – we were better able to handle because we were already on a global system
FY13 – 9 payroll, 10 eTime (overlap 4 on both)
FY14 – 11 payroll, 5 eTime (overlap 4 on both)
FY15 – 4 payroll, 9 eTime (overlap 1 on both), 3 payslips, 8 WD Time
FY16 – 9 WD Time, 11 payslips (no payroll transformation due to HP split)
FY17 – 4 payroll, 4 WD Time (overlap 3 on both), 5 payslips
More global standards meant fewer platforms
Now we have 80-85% of employees on global platform
