2. Teaching The Three Little Pigs to EFL
Young Learners in Taiwan
• The author of this research states that few
EFL studies demonstrated using multiple
techniques on teaching folktales to EFL young
learners in Taiwan, that is why and I consider
he is carrying out an experimental research.
• The purpose of this research is to demonstrate
how useful is for EFL teachers and students to
use folktales inside classrooms.
3. • The hypothesis behind this research is based
on how useful turns out to be the use of
folktales in EFL.
• The research questions are not stated clearly,
but is it kind of logical as we can only read the
abstract of the work.
• Basically, the author has chosen class
observation as a method to get data.
4. • I do think the person who did this research
decided to do it this way as they are not
many works about the use of folktales in EFL
and he wanted to show that there is in fact
great advantage in using them inside the
classroom.
