most of your favourite coffee beverages are based on
Espresso? If you want to break your coffee routine, check

They all have one thing in common – a great shot of best
quality espresso you can get at home.
Èspresso 1882 passion changes everything…
Ristretto
Ristretto is a very short shot of espresso coffee. The
resultant shot could be described as bolder, fuller, with
more body and less bitterness. There’s less caffeine
compared to regular espresso but the same amount of
coffee oils and flavour. It’s short and sweet - and you can
prepare it just like a regular espresso. One shot of espresso
is 8grams of coffee in 30 ml of water, while one shot of
ristretto is normally 8grams of coffee in 15ml of water,
making ristretto very strong.
just a shorter espresso
Doppio
Doppio in espresso is a double shot,
extracted using a double coffee filter
in the portafilter. a double espresso
shot is typically around 60 ml (2 fl oz),
while a double ristretto is typically
25-30 ml (~1 fl oz).

Irish whiskey, and sugar (some recipes
specify that brown sugar should be used)
topped with thick cream. The original Irish
coffee was invented and named by Joe
Sheridan, a head chef in Foynes, County
Limerick

A classic in the cafés of Budapest and Vienna,
the viennois is made of espresso, hot milk, and

in the same size as a latte.

Thessaloniki, it is now the most popular coffee

quarter to a half as much sweetened
condensed milk, stirred and poured over ice.
Café con hielo
Café con hielo translates directly to

up iced espresso. So it could also be
referred to as coffee on the rocks. It is a
great alternative to frappé or any other
Iced coffee drink.

beverage in Hong Kong, made of a mixture of
three parts of coffee and seven parts of Hong
