  1. Hello and welcome …intro Thank you for taking a few minutes to sit with this presentation to discover the three hidden causes of stress that you have the power to change.
  2. Stress takes its toll on your health. Undermines your productivity. Keeps you from being your best. Results in missed opportunities, lack of satisfaction and success
  3. When you let stress go on long enough to hamper you ability to make solid decisions about your wellbeing, you begin to lose all trust in yourself. Then you get paralyzed in a cycle of stress and self-doubt. Think back to a time when you have been under a tremendous amount of stress. Or maybe you’re experiencing this now. What does it feel like? Do you feel that you have a lot of control? And what happens when you attempt to make healthier choices for yourself? Often what happens is that you become confused or distracted because you can’t really see your situation clearly. It doesn’t have to be this way
  4. You can live a vibrant life of clarity where you can trust yourself to make decisions which lead to better health, happiness, productivity, success and satisfaction. You can break the cycle of stress and self-doubt by focusing on the three thing you have the power to change. There is a lot about life that you don’t have control over. You can’t change other people, their attitudes and their choices. You can’t change the economy or the course of world events. But you can change your relationship to three things about yourself which will increase your confidence, create inner peace and reduce your stress significantly.
  5. It is extremely stressful trying to live up to other people’s expectations. Most of the time we don’t even know we’re doing it. Many of us were trained to “be good”, do what we’re told and to put other people’s needs and desires before our own.
  6. With others, Influences of others and your environment… Your vulnerabilities. You can change your relationship to how you are in particular circumstances. You stop taking things personally. You don’t get off track
  7. In the end you will find out how to get a copy of your Human Design Blueprint
  8. When you are under stress you are probably reacting to something in your past or a concern about the future. When you are reacting to the past or future you are not able to what is right in front of you right now. To paraphrase Eckhart Tolle, author of the Power of Now, All of your power is in the present moment.
