Our People
Between our senior management team we have achieved quite a lot. Built and sold 4 recruitment
companies for between £1m & £16.5m. Closed 6 major RPO’s ranging from £2m per annum to £50m
per annum. We have personally billed over £1m three times in our careers and over £500,000
fourteen times. We have worked with over 600 recruitment businesses in 123 countries and
delivered R2R assignments in 23 countries.

Recruitment Company RPO
We have recently launched our Managed Service / RPO specifically for recruitment businesses
looking to hire between 20 – 500+ people a year.
The advantages of this service are detailed below:
 Management team that have a strong tier 1 consulting background
 A Management team that have run Managed Services with FTSE 100’s, Global RPO’s for
Global Outsourcers and have the experience of building and successfully selling recruitment
businesses.
 A dedicated Account Manager who works with your business and manages your existing
R2R’s. In essence a person who will grow with your business but without the upfront or
monthly cost’s normally associated with RPO’s
 Full headhunt facility for your key roles
 One set of standard terms for all your suppliers
 One point of contact for all your hires
 A considerable reduction in management time wasted on interviewing
 Considerably better quality of candidates throughout the process
 Faster turnaround to hire
 Better business forecasting ability
 On tap consulting service to help with staff retention, on boarding, market perception
SO you might be asking yourself “yeah but this will cost an arm and a leg”. Actually it won’t cost you
anything to implement, NOTHING. We require an initial 3-6 month trial period after which we can
scale up or down, that’s it. The whole service is run free of charge.
Our Methods
Quite simply, we operate on a retained model only. We have Delivery Managers who will be
assigned to you and they have access to Researchers & Associates whose job is to identify and
engage with passive talent on your behalf in the recruitment industry, whether that is an executive
search researcher or an MD for a multi-national.
We charge a nominal retainer for each assignment we engage on which is also refundable against
the first placement.
Maybe you have heard it all before but bear with us a little while longer. Our Delivery Managers
have on average 15 years hand on experience in Executive Search and they come from industry
backgrounds such as Logica, Microsoft, Detica, Admiral, Legal & General and BAE Systems
beforehand. When we engage with a client we will arrange a site visit to do three things, nearly all
R2R’s do the first one:
1. Ask all the right questions in order to gauge what you require (16 pages of questions
typically).
2. Ask some very difficult and probing additional questions to ascertain exactly wat type of
individual will fit with your business and to cut through the usual recruitment company
hype.
3. Engage with your staff to get a feel for the culture and types of individuals that fit.
Only when we are satisfied will we then start our process which typically goes like this:
1-3 days to map the passive candidate market for you business (normally between 50 – 500+)
1-4 days to identify contact details for that market from emails, mobiles, direct lines etc etc
7-14 days we would typically engage with several hundred candidates through multiple methods and
kiss a lot of frogs in order to get your Prince or Princess.
That’s the easy part. We then apply over 70 years of experience to make sure that the chosen
individual becomes an integral and important part of your organisation.
Market Mapping
We can provide you with information on your competitors businesses at a basic level (names, job
titles, email addresses, locations ) or we can then build that out with mobile numbers, direct lines
etc.
If you want 1,000 records or 100,000 records we can typically complete any project regardless of size
within 1 - 30 days.
