Senior HR Business Partner
£80000 + Bonus - London
We are working with a highly successful asset management firm with a global coverage. They are looking to recruit a senior HR
Business Partner to support their Group HR Director and lead the HR team to deliver day to day HR activities across their London
and International offices. Our client is looking for someone who would have the potential to become an HR Director in their
subsequent role.
The person
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Professional who is comfortable managing HR colleagues and building
a strong team. You will have experience of working within the financial services industry and understand upcoming legislative
changes. It is imperative that you have a strong educational background with a minimum of 2.1 level degree.
The role
• You will be the HR subject matter expert on all HR activities and be seen as the go to person for any HR advice.
• You will network and develop strong relations with senior business leaders across all the offices.
• You will have a strong generalist HR background and be able to advise on diverse HR queries – being able to resolve complex
ER cases, support compensation changes, including bonuses and salary reviews up to Executive level and be able to resolve
complex contractual issues.
• Due to the global nature of the client’s business you will have worked within in an international environment and understand
the complex environment that this will create.
