education programs to be developed and used to speedily
integrate students in the formal system of education.
 NFE and ODL for Secondary Education: Expansion of
Secondary level education through formal and distant
learning programme.
 TVET: Introduction of Technical and Vocational education in
non-formal middle level schools.
