I'm a trained ethnographer, human-centred designer and PhD Candidate in anthropology & sociology. I use an anthropological lens, behavioural economics and service design thinking to holistically understand experiences with deep analysis, identify and approach problems, ideate for innovative, meaningful strategies and experiment with solutions.
