from your personal LinkedIn account.
Access it from the link in the top right-
corner of your homepage.
After conducting a search on
LinkedIn.com, you can transfer into
Recruiter Lite from your search
results page.
You can also jump into in Recruiter
when viewing a profile

Begin your search by typing the job
title or relevant keywords into the
search field.
For this example, imagine a
healthcare company in Chicago is
searching for anew Director of Social
Media Marketing. Ideally, they’d like
someone experienced with the
relevant platforms and tools to
optimize their effort in generating
more sales leads.

down to around 700 highly qualified
candidates from our initial list of
