HIGHLIGHTS
1. Title : FE modeling of W50 Header Bar ( Grain Harvester)
Environment : Hypermesh v 12.0, Abaqus CAE
Total assembly meshed combination of 1-D & 2-D elements. Studying
WELD drawings and giving different welds is the main scope .
Modal analysis performed to check the modal perfection.
Different mode shapes observed and created report .
Deck prepared in Abaqus profile to perform static analysis.
2. Title : FE modeling of Feeder House.
Environment : Hypermesh v 12.0, Abaqus CAE
Scope of the project is Modification of some components. Mass
elements used for rubber parts.
CP & Tie Contacts used here in order to perform static analysis .
Checking all quality parameters.
Modal analysis performed using Radioss and examined first six modes
of assembly and reported.
3. Title : FE modeling of Idler Roller.
Environment : Hypermesh v 12.0, Ansys CAE
This Idler Roller Project , as the name indicates as roller which rolls the
extra part of the grain husk and collects in to its container.
Transition mesh is the main objective of the project. Bolts were
modeled with hexa mesh to give contacts with match mesh.
Prepared model using ANSYS profile.

4. Title : FE modeling of Plastic Drum of washing machine .
Environment : Hypermesh v 12.0, LS-Dyna CAE
Scope of this project to mesh with 2-D elements by extracting the Mid
surface of the drum.
Giving Thickness variation for elements is the key role of preparing
complete FE model .
Packaging unit was made of hexa mesh 3-D elements.
Prepared model for performing drop test in LS-Dyna profile.
5. Title : FE modeling of Motor .
Environment : Hypermesh v 12.0, Nastran CAE
Tetra mesh 3-D elements were used and generated mesh with in given
node count.
Observed fracture area of this part & used more fine mesh at bolt
locations.
Performed Deck preparation in Nastran profile.
Checking all quality parameters.
