“We want to be more agile” has become one of the most bastardized phrases of the last decade. The concept of doing more with less makes perfect financial sense – right? Problem is, many think agile is a silver bullet. Yet the result is often catastrophically the same – fewer people are asked to do more. And design thinking is an afterthought. This talk takes both technology and design points of view. It reframes “How do we become more agile?” to “How do we ignite the team, become more nimble, work smarter and infuse design thinking overall”? We’ll explore principles that adapt to the rapidly changing needs of an organization or team.
