● Based on the ACI's Agile Coach Competency Framework
● 4 levels for each competency: Competent, Proficient,
Expert and Master.
● The 4th level is inspirational, based on international
references to encourage our unlimited growth.
● The model is completed with Typeform’s values (Chef
