Turn devices off and leave them in another room overnight How to reduce the negative effects TAKE MOMENTS OFF 03 Such as when youʼre driving, in a meeting, at the gym, having dinner and spending time with offline friends
TURN OFF NOTIFICATIONS 04 Turning off notifications can help you regain control of your time and focus DELETING SOCIAL MEDIA FROM YOUR PHONE 05 If it sound like too drastic, try removing one social media at a time to see how much you really miss it How to reduce the negative effects LIMIT CHECKS 06 Start with 15 minutes, then go to 30, then go to an hour. There are apps that can help you and automatically limit your phone
