We’ve developed a bulletproof plan to help you use BuyerHunt to launch your real estate
business to new heights this year!
Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a 20 year veteran, this plan will help you
develop a powerful team to get more listings and attract more buyers using BuyerHunt.
Just follow the 8 easy steps below, and be sure to watch all the related training videos on
BuyerHuntAgent.com (password: fomo).
First, you should choose 10 agents from your brokerage to form a team with. You will
give them each an access code that will allow them to use BuyerHunt free for one year.
These agents should be fairly productive and list several homes per month. This is
important because it will give your team more listings to promote to buyers. More
listings means more matches for buyers, and that will help us spread the word and
attract more buyer attention to the BuyerHunt platform.
When your team pools your marketing money together, you’ll have a much bigger
budget than you would individually. Each agent on the team should contribute at least
$100 per month to the marketing budget. Between the 11 of you that will be over $1,000
per month. This money will be used to market into a single zip code and attract buyers
using the BuyerHunt message, “See Homes First.”
Next, you’ll create a Facebook Business Page for the team. You will use this page to
promote Facebook ads that will help your team capture buyer leads. Here’s an article

Step #1 – Select 10 Productive Agents to Team Up With
Step #2 – Pool Your Marketing Money Together
Step #3 – Create A Facebook Business Page For The Team
With the team page set up, now you can promote ads on Facebook with the BuyerHunt
“See Homes First” messaging. You’ll want to target potential homebuyers in a specific zip
code. You can use our 30 and 60 second professionally developed commercials to send
buyers to a landing page where you’ll capture their contact information. We suggest
making the lead page look just like the app where you’ll ask for their min and max price,
zip codes they’re searching in, and contact information.
Now that you’ve captured their contact information, one agent from your group will
send an introductory email to the buyer informing them of the BuyerHunt App. Here’s
your chance to also introduce yourself as the perfect agent to help them find the perfect
home. Using BuyerHunt, you’ll give them the ultimate advantage to get in homes before
anyone else. Each agent in the group will get a turn as leads come in. With a budget of
$1,100 and cost per buyer lead of $20, at the end of one month you’d have 55 buyers!
With 55 buyers looking to buy a home in the zip code you’re targeting, you can now run
ads to market for sellers. When you already have the buyers, sellers will have a hard
time passing up the opportunity to list with you. Even better, each agent in your group
will be able to use this list to get more business!
