3. Why Buddhism?
The religion of the future will be a cosmic religion. It should
transcend a personal God and avoid dogmas and theology.
Covering both the natural and the spiritual, it should be
based on a religious sense arising from the experience of all
things, natural and spiritual, as a meaningful unity.
Buddhism answers this description – Albert Einstein
Buddhism is all about me and myself!
The goal is to reach Nirvana => Enlightenment
=> or just Inner Peace and Happiness
How to reach the inner balance and the inner peace?
4. The Mind
All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The
mind is everything. What we think we become – The Buddha
Buddhism is more than a religion, it's a science of mind –
His Holiness The Dalai Lama
Buddhism is logical and rational thinking!
=> it is how to control the mind
We train ourselves, our muscles…..
=> Why not train the MIND?
So, how we train the mind?
5. Meditation
You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you’re
too busy. Then you should sit for an hour – old Zen saying
Usually we do mistakes when our mind is not stable.
In Buddhism, Meditation is the “vehicle” to train the
mind and to reach a balanced state of mind!
But what is Meditation and why we should Meditate?

6. How to Meditate
If a problem is fixable, if a situation is such that you can do
something about it, then there is no need to worry. If it’s not
fixable, then there is no help in worrying. There is no benefit in
worrying whatsoever ― Dalai Lama
Analytical Meditation
=> Reflecting on what I have been doing / saying and why?
Single Point Meditation
=> Focusing, Concentration => figure of Buddha, breathing,
heart beats, music
Mindfulness Meditation
=> Awareness
7. Wisdom
When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will
suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only
from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy ― Dalai Lama
Cause and Condition => Effect
=> Karma

8. “Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said
it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your
own reason and your own common sense.”
“Doubt everything. Find your own light.”
