For Blue Margarita just add blue curacao.
7. Dry Martini (pre-dinner drink)
45 ml Gin
15 ml Dry Vermouth
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with
ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled
martini/cocktail glass. squeeze oil from
lemon peel onto the drink and garnish with
green olives.
Note: Vodka Martini – replace gin with
vodka.
8. Gibson (pre-dinner drink)
45 ml Gin
15 ml Dry Vermouth
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with
ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled
martini/cocktail glass. squeeze oil from
lemon peel onto the drink and garnish with
cocktail/pearl onion.
9. Negroni (pre-diner drink)
30 ml (1 jig) Gin
30 ml (1 jig) Campari
30 ml (1 jig) Sweet Red Vermouth
Pour all ingredients into old fashioned glass
filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with half
orange slice and stirrer.
Optional: Splash of soda water.
10. Old Fashioned (pre-dinner drink)
45 ml Scotch or Bourbon Whiskey
1 Sugar cube
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 splash Soda Water
Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and
saturate with bitter, as a dash of soda water.
Muddle until dissolve. Fill the glass with ice cubes
and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, lemon
twist and two maraschino cherries.

45 ml Gin
15 ml Lime juice
Pour all ingredients into ingredients into old
fashioned glass with ice and stir.
Garnish with slice lime in the drink.
Note: When ordered straight-up, stir and strain

into cocktail glass. Used the gomme syrup content is
reduced.
