After The Interview ALWAYS Send Thank You Message
 When the interview is over – Make sure you ask: “What are the next
steps?” or “What is the process ?”
 Always send a thank you message within 24 hours – hand written is best,
but email is ok.
 Your Thank You is NOT just to offer thanks for the interview – it is yet
another opportunity to sell yourself
 Your THANK YOU should include the following:
1. Appreciation for the interview
2. Confirm your interest (or non-interest in the position)
3. Restate why you are a good candidate

When and How Should I Follow-Up After The Interview?
 Make a note of the process/timeline indicated by the interviewer
 If you do not hear from the interviewer by the date indicated, send a
