We've made diversity a priority here at Drift from day one and we want to hold ourselves accountable. So we are happy to announce the launch of the first edition of Drift's Diversity Report. We will continue to lean in on diversity to improve in all areas.
2. My mom immigrated from Ecuador, my dad immigrated
from Puerto Rico. Both started small businesses and
worked for themselves, and they worked extremely
hard. I was always surrounded by this notion that you
could create something out of nothing … Without
diversity, we miss out on the incredible value and the
incredible lessons that people from different cultures
and backgrounds can bring to our teams.

3. The people you work with have a
huge effect on how you feel about
the company you work at.
4. We recently asked 100 people on
Twitter, “What is the MOST important
aspect of making a decision on a job?”
41. I was born in Nicaragua and spent most of my life
there before coming to the U.S. in 1993. One of the
things I’ve learned to appreciate the most is that
you have to have diversity in thinking. Technology,
startups, progress—they’re the result of mixing
together all of these different ideas that come from
different places.
