I successfully site managed and project managed construction sites for over 18 years. During this
period of time I have acquired a HNC in Building Studies and NVQ Level 4 in Site/Project Management
plus other qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS (Black card), 4 Day First Aid, Scaffolding Inspection. With the
knowledge and the skills that I have acquired over the years this has allowed me to work on various
contracts within the construction industry. Working for and representing several principle contractors
within the industry my role has been to deliver Design and Build and Traditional Contract projects on
time, to specification, on budget and more importantly safely. I have learnt and developed the following
experience:
• Plan, set up and manage construction sites in line with health and safety standards Inc. the
CDM 2007 regulations.
• Day to day operational delivery experience including – CDM, Sub-contract co-ordination,
monitoring, auditing, managing temporary works, quality assurance, chairing various levels
of meetings, management of health and safety ensuring compliance with legislation and
law.
• Motivate the project team and promote high levels of standards with regards health and
safety.
• Creating, building and maintaining good client relationships, always striving to deliver the
highest standards ensuring repeat business is secured based on performance.
• Experience of managing external parties; partners, installers and suppliers through
contracts, agreeing and implementing KPI’s and SLA’s to show trends in both good and
