reduced the number of registers in our desk…..in the call center, they’re getting calls from
patients for appointments and directly entering patient details in the app….Similar
system has been applied for procedures also….the receptionist can easily visualize the

In my previous practice, it was very haphazard….CareClues app is so organised and so
thorough, there is no margin of error….we give patients particular timings….if the patient is
late by say 5-10 minutes and if there is availability of the slot, that patient comes. But if

The advantage is that the moment you book an appointment….one message goes to the
customer and the doctor is also informed parallely…..My team does not need to call each
and every time to the doctor because doctor have their own app where they can see
that how many patients are scheduled for them that increases the doctors’ adherence
to these slot timings and doctors started seeing their app anyway and they started
coming on time in the clinic. Even if the doctors are delayed, we can mark a delay in this
software and the patient gets intimated….Even if the doctor is on leave, we mark a leave
in our calendar and we know that the entire slot automatically gets blocked for that
doctor. Even by mistake if any executive tries to book an appointment for that day, he can
see in the application that the doctor is not available for that particular day. Though
there are multiple softwares for practice management available in the market, the way

Once the appointment is booked, patient gets an SMS…..Similarly, when the patient
comes, the sequence - first come and first serve - which we were practicing earlier has
been abandoned…..the patients are booked on time-slot basis….patients need not come
early and will come as per scheduled appointment time….The sequence has been
created automatically by the system. So, there is no human personal involvement....the
patient need not bother about which patient is going, whether his name has been
deliberately delayed. This kind of situation doesn’t arrive at the reception. Monitor display
system has a good advantage for the patient because patients can easily visualize their
position in the system that after how many patients they can get a chance to see the
doctor…..and also some general issues, they can see their name on the display and
there’s satisfaction on their part also.”
