I am very grateful for his time, patience and encouraging words, always here to motivate, inspire others. He shared with all of us his wisdom and knowledge. 3. Each one prays And prays all the time We do it to get a deeper message as we know

4. Every life needs its altar. It may be some place… It may be a moment in the day, or just a mood of the heart…

5. The spiritual life must have somewhere its altar. From there life gains its poise and direction.

6. The universal mind wants to show us things That only we can understand by living what we are living, And by being in the place we are now.

7. We have a faith that in our prayer we can get

8. For every storm-a rainbow, For every tear-a smile, For every care-a promise and a blessing in each trial. For every problem life sends a faithful friend to share, For every sigh a sweet song and answer for each prayer!

9. Remember: Real peace is not in the power, money, or weapons, It comes from deep within…

10. When we give our self the gift of sacred time in a special place, we are feeding our spirit

11. To understand what inner freedom means, imagine the state of the happiness, calmness, relaxation and peace of mind of deep sleep

12. But combined with full awakening and awareness for the needs of your soul

13. Soul manifests master consciousness through the "higher self “. It has more “beyond survival” awareness than self-consciousness

14. Higher self is aware of the true destiny of the individual.

15. It guides consciousness Towards fulfillment of the destiny.

16. Higher self does not command, direct, or even choose for us. When necessary it may act through our subconscious.

17. The conscious self is an extension of the soul and is omnipresent with human from the birth. It begins with a blank slate and is invoked in the course of our life experience

18. Conscious self makes decisions and rules person's affairs by will. It may seek the guidance of the higher self by spiritual attunement, introspection, contemplation, striving for ideals

19. Basic self of the child develops in the womb and has an intimate relationship with the consciousness of the mother. Conscious self is essentially programmed by the genetic pattern of heredity

20. It can also be conditioned or trained through experience as well. In initial years, it is the dominant consciousness of us as a child, and conscious self grows with us.

21. Conscious self moves between the ideals of the higher self and the physical and emotional instincts of the basic self.

22. We are able to direct the conscious self with our learning.

23. Our sensory organs focus on specific parts of our environment, evaluate our feelings,

24. And use our mind to remember, imagine, follow associations, reason with logical steps, and receive intuitions.

25. The object is using our will to choose purposive action.

26. We can only use handful of memory at any one time in our conscious awareness.

27. Our higher self always has full access to the total information which is accessible to the subconscious.

28. Each moment we make choice to direct our attention and force.

29. Our conscious self is responsible for choosing among various possibilities.

30. These choices determine the direction of our lives and experiences.

31. Whenever we are not certain our conscious mind knows all for making a choice We pray

32. We appeal our higher self and the subconscious

33. To guide us about the totality which a prayer can give us…

35. It is the Harmony, The harmony within the basic self, conscious self and the higher self when we are able access, understand and use all that we know

36. To remember what inner harmony can do for us Let us remember…

38. Relaxation and peace of mind of deep sleep

39. The prayer can bring in such peace in our normal life ways,

40. With full awareness

41. Why do we pray?

42. Because the body needs the soul and the soul needs the body, and both need to be made aware that the other's need is also their own.

43. The essence of prayer is: To know our needs, understand their source, comprehend their true objectives.

44. To direct our minds and hearts defined their purpose, and provides us with the means to fulfil Our hearts and minds

45. People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, But to walk on earth.

46. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don't even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child -- our own two eyes. All is a miracle.

47. We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch.

48. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit.

49. There are four questions of value in life... What is sacred? Of what is the spirit made? What is worth living for, and What is worth hoping for? The answer to each is the same. Only LOVE!
